Public transport
The AlmencardPlus which you have received from us (only in summer season) offers you free travel on all public transport of the South Tyrolean transport network. So you can spend your vacation without using your car.
The Maurerhof is located 5 km from the Maranza cable car. The cable car takes you to the main town Rio di Pusteria in a few minutes. From Rio Pusteria you have the possibility to travel by bus or train into the Valle Pusteria or Valle Isarco.
On business days buses and trains run every half an hour and on weekends every hour.
You can also take the bus to the hiking paradise Valles or to Rodengo and the Alpe di Rodengo. Buses run every hour.
You will find the timetables for buses and trains in front of the apartment next to the brochures.
Maranza – Rio di Pusteria cable car opening hours: Monday - Saturday: 06:50 - 08.00 am, 09:10 - 11:50 am, 01:15 to 06:40 pm, Sunday: 8:30 – 11:50 am, 01:15 to 06:40 pm.
